1. Introduction

Welcome to Luxury Online. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Luxury Online website, mobile application, and any related services, features, content, and functionality (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By visiting, installing, accessing, registering for, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply equally to all users regardless of whether they access Luxury Online through a web browser, mobile application, tablet, or any other supported device.

remain the exclusive property of Luxury Online or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Platform.

Users receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Platform for private entertainment purposes.

9. User Content

If users submit comments, feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other content, they grant Luxury Online a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such submissions for purposes related to operating and improving the Platform.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate the rights of third parties.

Luxury Online reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove user-generated content at its discretion.
